Dowdun Reach Cape

The Dowdun Reach Cape is an emblem of your complete and utter mastery of Dowdun Reach. Congratulations.

You've seen things people wouldn't believe. You've attacked lesser blue dragons while on fire on the battlements. You've watched the Dreaming Stone glitter in the darkness near Dowdun Reach gate. All of these moments will be washed out in time, like a wet cape in rain.
