processed material.
Description
A shimmering iridescent powder. Its shifting hues are almost hypnotic.
Journal
Stare into the shimmer scale powder and it's like looking up into the night sky. Constellations form in the dust. Often, you'll see Moon Garou merchants idly stirring their stocks of shimmer scale powder, fascinated. It's not difficult to see how infinity cloth gets its many shimmering colours.
