Super Focused Mining Potion

There was a time when certain Moon Garou miners would down vial after vial of super focused mining potions. The hope was that they could find a mine, away from the Scorch, and work away at gypsum deposits without having to stop for hours. After the super focused potion wore off, they would step out of their trance state and survey the material for moonstones. It's likely a good explanation for why moonstones are so rare - perhaps even mythical - to the modern garou.
