Silverthorn Keep

The ruined bastion of the Wild Knights, after they abandoned Bramblemead in search of greener pastures. For a while it was a powerful stronghold, with a growing legion of knights that would seek out the imbalances across Ashenfall and lay them all to rest.

When the dead began to rise and the Withering took hold, the keep closed its doors and focused entirely on defence. It was, ultimately, a losing battle. The problem with fighting the dead is that each of your force that falls becomes a new soldier in theirs. Defeat was the only outcome possible, but the knights held on as long as they could.
