Letters for the Dead
Postie Pete needs some help finding and delivering some stolen letters around Bleakfields Valley in Fellhollow.
Postie Pete in the Forgotten Temple (option 2) lost three letters to a thief who ran into Fellhollow. Each letter you recover tells you where to post it, and each posting turns up the clue to the next. It ends with Pete's sibling Parcel Pete in trouble and a postbox for your base.

Find and deliver letters for Postie Pete. 0/3
The suspicious skeleton in the chair just north-east of the Fellhollow entrance, by Ravanna's third journal, has the first letter. Pick option 3, then option 1 twice through its attempts to talk you round, and it gives the letter up. Post it in the red deposit box north-west of Vannaka's camp in Bleakfields Valley; a spirit-realm leaf turns up when you do.

The second hangs in a mail satchel from a glowing wall torch directly east of Cathan's standing stones. It goes in the box on the left of the trail up to Cathan, where a tuft of ghostly wool points to the owner.

Shaun is a ghostly sheep almost directly west of that box. His letter has to go to the box to the right of the front of Imaru's tower in Hope's Fall, through the rotsworn.

Return to Postie Pete.
Back to Pete, who introduces the culprit.

Visit Postie Pete near the entrance to Fellhollow to begin searching for lost letters.
On completion
You helped deliver some letters that Postie Pete had misplaced thanks to the interference of his sibling, Parcel Pete.
Tips
2The deposit boxes only take a letter once all three are in hand, so collect first and post second if a box refuses you.
The reward is a buildable postbox, and with it the start of a repeating delivery activity.

Suspicious Skeleton: Not a clue who that is. Sounds like a right twerp though. Sorry, can't help you.
Postie Pete: Great, knew you were the reliable sort. I've had a slight issue, by which I mean a pretty big issue by RPDT standards... some post has gone missing.
Postie Pete: Oh, not to worry. When you've got a moment just... head on back and see me.
Shaun: The ghostly sheep is chewing on a letter, you easily take it from its mouth.
Shaun: BaaaaaOOOaaaaa!
Parcel Pete: I thought my skeleton disguise was pretty good there, don't you think? I bet I had you fooled! Haha!
Suspicious Skeleton: You can't prove nothing!

Postie Pete: Thanks for delivering those letters. Here's the numbskull that caused the problem in the first place.
Postie Pete: I was just looking through my bag when --WHOOSH!-- someone nabbed three letters and took off into Fellhollow.
Suspicious Skeleton: I... wait... what? Urgh, grammar is so hard! Urgh, fine! You win!
Suspicious Skeleton: I ain't scared of you! Besides, I don't have a hit bar, you can't hurt me!

Postie Pete: Fantastic! You've got one of the letters. No-body is as skilled at this quest malarkey as you. If you could do me a favour and post that. You can read the address by examining the letter.
Postie Pete: Meet Parcel Pete, my far less handsome sibling and junior employee at the RPDT. They seem to have gotten it into their incredibly dense skull to try and "help"...
Postie Pete: I did a quick look, but the only thing I could see was someone shifty heading off to that little ruined house just outside the entrance to Fellhollow. Give it a look would you?

Postie Pete: Great, you've delivered some of those letters. Keep it up and you'll be well a-head of the rest of the delivery department.
Postie Pete: Can you track down and deliver those lost letters for me? I saw something weird over by a little ruined house outside the entrance into Fellhollow. Maybe start there?
Postie Pete: I've got him on report now, filling in his PIP as we speak. In the meantime, let me give you this as thanks. It's purely decorative for now, but keep an eye on it. I might have some more letters to deliver in exchange for some choice rewards.
