The Great Body Robbery
Assist Dr Fenkenstrain in acquiring a new body. FOR SCIENCE!
Doctor Fenkenstrain, in his tower beside the garou camp at the bloodwood tree in the Bloodblight Swamp (same floor as the sanguine urn), wants a new body. It is the longest side quest in the game: three graves to dig, three weak potions, a bottle of lightning and a head swap that doesn't go to plan. Bring a spade, antipoison for the swamp and the three potions, and keep talking to him between steps, because every stage needs a fresh conversation.
On the map

Steps
13- 1
Dig up body parts from graves around Bloodblight Swamp. 0/3
Graves show as headstones; dig beside one with your spade for a coffin and loot it. The human torso is near the abyssal demon's patrol, in the middle of three trees. The goblin legs are north of that, between two trees. The garou arms are by the northern entrance to the swamp.

Bring Dr Fenkenstrain: 1 Weak Antipoison, 1 Weak Focused Attack Potion and 1 Weak Lumberjack Potion.
He wants one
Weak Antipoison Potion, one weak Focused Attack potion and one weak Lumberjack potion, and you use them after speaking to him. - 5
Collect lightning in a bottle and bring it to Dr Fenkenstrain.
He hands you an empty vial and you have to be struck by lightning to fill it. Stand out in the Stormtouched Highlands or wait for a thunderstorm event in any region.
- 6
Perform an autopsy of the body on the examination table in Doctor Fenkenstrain's tower.
Put the parts on the examination table and examine them when he asks.

Place the body parts on the examination table in Fenkenstrain's tower.
Place all three parts on the examination table in the tower.
On completion
For some reason you thought it was perfectly fine to dig up corpses and hand them over to a deranged zombified head in a jar. For science, of course. Things went a little wrong and the professor is now more feathery than before, but at least you got a zombie arm out of the deal.
Tips
1The rewards are a zombie arm and the recipe for the lightning rod, which is the building piece that keeps the Highlands' storm off your farm plots.

Place Head: What would you like to examine?
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Bwahahahahaha! Oh, hrmm? What do you want?
Graverobbing is a terrible hobby best left to necromancers and mad scientists.
A human torso! Just what you've always wanted.
Graverobbing is a terrible hobby best left to necromancers and mad scientists.
A sturdy pair of well-preserved garou arms. Perfect for sinister science experiments.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Ah yes, well, science is sacrifice, and there are surely benefits to my new situation. Why, any day now I'm sure I will think of them. Yes, yes, this is a scientific marvel just waiting to happen! BWAK! Ignore that.
Graverobbing is a terrible hobby best left to necromancers and mad scientists.
You uncover a surprisingly well preserved pair of goblin legs. The toes are still twitching.
Table: A medical table, with straps to keep a body in place. You choose not to dwell on why someone might just have this lying around.
Table: You connect the body parts together like some terrible jigsaw puzzle. Your mother would be so proud.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: They called me mad. MAD! Me, the greatest genius of the age! But I'll show them! I'll show them all!
Place Head: Goblin legs, in a surprisingly good state. Goblin legs may look bandy and spindly, but they're surprisingly strong and would make a good foundation for this... creation.
Place Head: The torso is muscular and well-preserved, perhaps the remains of a skilled warrior.
Place Head: A pair of powerful garou arms. They are fresher than you like to admit, perhaps only a few days old.
Chicken: Bawk!
Place Head: A strange pylon, looks like there's a slot for something.
Place Head: You need lightning-in-a-bottle to power this machine.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Me? I was once-- no, I still am-- the most ingenius inventor of this and all other ages!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: That is a very personal question, and we are not yet well acquainted enough for you to learn the answer.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Ah, the bloodline persists does it? But of course it must, great great grandmummy was ever so popular around the town.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: There has been... a miscalculation.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Bwahahahahahahahahaha...ahem... oh... hello. Who might you be then?
Place Head: There are some small cuts and bruises across the legs, indication of some minor damaged sustained before the significantly more major damage that allowed you to find these legs in the first place.
Place Head: Thin greenish veins run through the torso that generate an acrid smell. The signs of some sort of toxic corruption of the flesh.
Place Head: Some of the muscles have deteriorated a little, as if the previous owner wasn't a focused fighter. Unusual for a garou.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Interesting. Poison damage, a lack of arm strength and some superficial damage to the legs indicating poor survival skills. All of these are problems that can be easily resolved...
Chicken: Bawk!
Place Head: You install the lightning into the pylon, it hums with power.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Doctor Victor Fenkenstrain!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Just know that when I find that accursed chicken again, it shall rue the day. RUE THE VERY DAY!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: She made all her husbands carry her surname, don't you know.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Here, Not-Igor, a reward for your efforts. Something to keep you distracted whilst I work out this...tricky situation.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: I don't really care. I only asked out of habit. Still, now that you're here, perhaps you can do something for me?
Doctor Fenkenstrain: I don't really care. I only asked out of habit. Still, now that you're here, perhaps you can do something for me?
Doctor Fenkenstrain: I don't really care. I only asked out of habit. Still, now that you're here, perhaps you can do something for me?
Doctor Fenkenstrain: WITH SCIENCE!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: No no no, don't talk to me! Install the lightning vial so that we may shatter the boundaries of mortal science!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Yes! Pull the lever Not-Igor! Let lightning infuse my new body with vitality. I SHALL LIVE AGAIN! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAaaaa... oh... wait...no...STOP! EEEEEP!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: In my youth I offered solutions to the problems of Ashenfall with my wonderous inventions. They spurned my genius, then, all because of a few fires and a handful of bloody dismemberments.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Tragically they all died of natural causes... entirely natural, indeed.
Coffin: Oh, you appear to be overburdened. I'll hold onto this for you until you've got some space free.
Coffin: Oh, you appear to be overburdened. I'll hold onto this for you until you've got some space free.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Oh.You appear to be overloaded from your own scientific experiments. It's easy to get carried away. Return to me when you have some space free.
Coffin: Oh, you appear to be overburdened. I'll hold onto this for you until you've got some space free.
Table: Shockingly, you are able to capture the lightning in a bottle. You allow yourself to indulge in a single electricity based pun, and note that you should return to Doctor Fenkenstrain sooner rather than later.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: I need you to collect a few things. Nothing too strenuous, just some arms, legs, that sort of stuff. You can easily dig them up from graves around Bloodblight Swamp, hardly an inconvenience really. Well? Science waits for no one! Go! GET!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Excellent. Excellent! A somewhat motley collection of components, but we can work with it.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Now now, don't be squeamish, go give that body a poke would you? See what needs fixing with it.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Now, all you need to do, is get struck by lightning whilst holding that bottle I gave you. You'll be fine, don't grumble. Get shocked, then bring it back here and we shall continue our experiment!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Ah, you have it! Not going to lie, there was a good chance that wasn't going to work and you'd be obliterated. Fortunately, that is not the case!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Some simple potions will suffice. You'll need a weak antipoison for the veins, a weak lumberjack potion for the muscles and a weak focused attack potion for the superficial damage.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Tragedies, yes, but tragedies that opened my eyes to my true destiny and the research that would consume my every waking moment..
Doctor Fenkenstrain: I need you to collect a few things. Nothing too strenuous, just some arms, legs, that sort of stuff. You can easily dig them up around Bloodblight Swamp, hardly an inconvenience really.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Now, take a look at each of the components, let's make sure they're in good nick. Can't be working with substandard tools, now can we!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Interesting. Poison damage, a lack of arm strength and some superficial damage to the legs indicating poor survival skills. All of these are problems that can be easily resolved...
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Now we move into the final phase! Igor... err, I mean... what's your name again? Doesn't matter, attach my head to my new body! We shall make SCIENTIFIC HISTORY!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: If you can bring me these, then we can continue with our research and shatter the languid assumptions of layman SCIENCE!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Death? HA! A minor inconvenience! One I sought to overcome and overcome it I did! All it took was lightning, various chemicals and being shunned by everyone around me!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Look around big scary trees, that's where people normally seem to want to bury their dead around here.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: WITH SCIENCE!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Oh.You appear to be overloaded from your own scientific experiments. It's easy to get carried away. Return to me when you have some space free.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Yet here I am, and here they aren't! I was right! I win! I am the greatest genius in Ashenfall! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Some might call what we're doing ghoulish, but I prefer the term recycling. Reduce, reuse, recycle for a better future and all that.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: An unusual collection of body parts. I don't suppose you could have found something in a size nine?
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Some simple potions will suffice. You'll need a weak antipoison for the veins, a weak lumberjack potion for the muscles and a weak focused attack potion for the superficial damage.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Ah good, you've brought the potions. Wonderful! Now if you would just use them on the Examination Table.
Place Head: You attach the head to the body as best you can, it's much looser than you're comfortable with.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Still, no matter, science demands sacrifice and the parts are at least fresh enough to work with... surprisingly well preserved in some cases...
Doctor Fenkenstrain: If you can bring me these, then we can continue with our research and shatter the languid assumptions of layman SCIENCE!
Place Head: You administer the potions. The veins clear up and the muscles look stronger. The cuts and bruises vanish before your eyes, but nothing else seems to happ...
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Fool! Without those potions, the body cannot function. Science will be wasted and you will singlehandedly ruin one of the greatest scientific breakthroughs ever known! Come back when you've changed your mind and are ready to rewrite the rules of reality!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: A perfect fit!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Best not to dwell, I'm sure there's a lorebook somewhere to explain the lack of decay or something. There's always an excuse.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: There! It moved! A twitch, subtle and slight, but definite movement.
Place Head: It is not a perfect fit.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Now, stick the parts on the examination table will you? Then we can really have some fun.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Not enough though, hrmm... AHA! I know what we need!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: All that we need now, is that spark of the divine power of creation - lightning! Add the bottled lightning to the pylon, so I may stride this world again as the genius to end all geniuses...geniei?...SCIENTISTS!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Lightning!
Doctor Fenkenstrain: I shall live again! You have served me well Not-Igor, I shall be sure to add your name to my research paper as a noted contributor. On the last page of course.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Here, take this! It may look like an ordinary bottle, but this has been carefully en-scienced to contain pure lightning -- don't ask about how it works, your tiny mind would buckle under the weight of such knowledge.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Oh.You appear to be overloaded from your own scientific experiments. It's easy to get carried away. Return to me when you have some space free.
Doctor Fenkenstrain: Now, all you need to do, is get struck by lightning whilst holding this. You'll be fine, don't grumble. Get shocked, then bring it back here and we shall continue our experiment!
