Inspiring Ring of Artisan

No one quite knows why this ring works. It's as if ancestral grandmothers hover behind the wearer, whispering to them the ancient secrets of their crafting techniques. Old styles, long since lost to tragedy or history, can be restored in a flash of inspiration when someone wears this amulet.

For most, though, they simply find themselves in a trance like state - able to ignore the world around them and focus on their craft. Learning more and more about it with each moment that passes.
